Family owned and operated since 1979, FIRC Group, Inc. is a full-service commercial real estate company, with a distinguished reputation for acquisitions, development, construction, management, leasing and brokerage, as well as both commercial and residential condominium development.

Beginnings
After 10 years at IBM, Antonio O. Fraga, Sr. moved to Miami in 1972 to start his own business in the tradition of his father and grandparents. His original idea was to start a computer business. but after noticing the real estate boom in the area, Fraga quickly became a developer. In 1975 due to the oil crisis, he lost all his investments and had to start over. With an old friend, Fraga began investing again in real estate and flourished, starting with the purchase of his first shopping center, a 1705,000 sq. ft. facility in Homestead, Florida. It has been a successful enterprise ever since with numerous developments in Miami-Dade, Broward, Cape Coral, Jacksonville, Florida and North Carolina.
