Antonio O. Fraga, Sr. President and Founder

Mr. Fraga founded Fraga International Realty — today known as
the FIRC Group, Inc. — in 1979, following 10 years experience with
IBM. He attended St. John’s University majoring in Economics with a
minor in Accounting. A dedicated entrepreneur who believes in the
importance of long term relationships, Mr. Fraga has spearheaded
the company’s phenomenal growth for over 30 years. top

Alexander W. Fraga Vice President

Alexander (Alex) W. Fraga is the Vice-President and a
principal of the FIRC Group, a commercial real estate firm founded
by his father, Tony Fraga in 1979. Alex has been with FIRC for over
20 years and became his father partner and a principal in 2002. At
the FIRC Group he has been involved with over 25
developments/redevelopments consisting of multifamily, retail,
office and Hospitality. These developments have a collective value
of over $250 million dollars. Alex has a keen expertise in
management, development, redevelopment, construction, acquisitions,
leasing and sales; those experiences have given him direct contact
with an unlimited number of financial institutions and access to
countless capital both private and public. In addition to the
above, he manages his company’s portfolio of properties along with
his team, in South Florida and West North Carolinas. top

Connie Hull Property Manager & Regional Leasing
Representative

Connie manages and leases all of FIRC’s Florida properties.
Previously, she worked for WXEL-TV and FM in Palm Beach County.
Prior to her 10 year term at a Real Estate Management and
Development company in Fort Lauderdale, Connie was a commercial
tenant at a FIRC property for three years in Cape Coral, FL. She
served two terms as President of the Coralwood Mall Merchant’s
Association and met Mr. Fraga as her landlord 15 years before
coming to work for him. top

Victoria Marino General Manager, The Haywood Park Hotel

Victoria is an accomplished hospitality industry
professional. She has a record of excellence in developing and
implementing productivity and cost improvements that contribute to
positive financial results while improving guest services. Victoria
is a 25 year veteran of the hospitality industry including a
background in food and beverage, sales and hotel management. She
teaches her organization the true value of delivering exceptional
service. top
